Donald L. Faust, Jr. has been employed by Universal Concrete since 1978 and has performed nearly every function throughout the operation.  He served as the company’s chief engineer for a number of years and has been president and a director of Universal Concrete since 1991.  He has had a hand in constructing thousands of projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic states, Texas and Florida.  He has been an active participant in industry organization and was a member of the PCI board of directors for many years.  Mr. Faust also served as president of Universal Concrete Products of Florida and Universal Concrete Products of Savannah prior to those companies being successfully sold in 2001.

Mr. Faust earned a B.S. in civil engineering from the Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

A graduate of the US Naval Academy and the military flight school known as “Top Gun,” John “Hatch” Borneman turned years of military aviation training into winning strategies for today’s business leaders. John’s specialty is teaching viable strategic planning, and planning and execution processes that drive positive, transformational results. As an insightful and disciplined leadership expert and corporate team building professional,John has partnered with corporate leaders with multiple Fortune 500 companies across the globe to solve high-profile corporate challenges, establish value-adding strategic business plans and propel those strategies throughout the organization for improved and Accelerated Execution. John is a former aircraft carrier based F/A-18 fighter pilot.

Leonard M. Anthony has more than 25 years of public company financial management experience including two significant industrial IPOs and the restructuring of a $5 billion company. Mr. Anthony has been a Director and audit committee chairman for MRC Global (MRC), the largest global distributor of pipes, valves and fittings for the energy industry that completed a successful IPO. Additionally, Mr. Anthony is a Director of Guardian industries, Corporation, a leading global producer of glass for the construction and automotive markets and for TechPrecision Corporation (TPCS) a producer of large scale, high precision components for the energy, medical and defense markets.

Previously, Mr. Anthony was the CEO and president of $1B integrated steel producer WCI Steel, Inc. where he led the successful sale of the company to OAO Severstal. Prior to this, Mr. Anthony was executive vice president and chief financial officer at Dresser Rand Group, Inc., a global supplier of rotating equipment solutions to the oil & gas, petrochemical and processing industries. , Mr. Anthony held similar senior level financial positions with International Steel Group and Bethlehem Steel Corporation.Mr. Anthony earned a B.S. in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
